The Opportunity

Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with a strong digital-first mindset to supercharge our next phase of expansion.

This is not your typical marketing role. Its about engineering growth through experimentation, using AI, automation, and smart digital campaigns to accelerate acquisition, activation, and retention.

Youll be working directly with the founder and leadership team shaping growth in one of the UKs top EdTech startups.

What you'll do

• Own the digital growth engine : Plan, run, and optimise performance campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Design scalable funnels : Build, automate, and optimise acquisition and nurture journeys that convert.
• Growth hacking : Run fast experiments across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to uncover what works, and then scale them.
• AI & automation : Identify and integrate AI tools across campaign management, analytics, and creative workflows.
• Performance analytics : Monitor and report on KPIs, translating data into actionable insights.
• CRM & lifecycle marketing : Manage and optimise email and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with product, content, and sales to align growth initiatives with audience behavior.
• Online Event marketing : Support digital-first webinar campaigns (minimal physical events).

Who you are

• You have 35 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience, ideally in fast-growth SaaS or tech startups.
• You have proven success managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta, driving measurable ROI.
• You have a strong grasp of funnel optimisation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation.
• You are skilled in HubSpot and lead generation tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, Clay etc.
• You are highly data-driven, with the ability to translate metrics into strategy.
• You are familiar with or curious about AI tools and how they can accelerate growth.
• You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
