At 5V Tech we are rapidly expanding and looking for a Senior Delivery Consultant, who thrives in a fast-moving, high-value tech recruitment environment. You'll own the end-to-end processes between existing client relationships and candidate delivery journeys across EU, US and Middle East, diving into niche roles and finding top tech talent.

This role is perfect for someone who is driven, comfortable in handling high-level client relationships, passionate about stellar candidate experiences, enjoys resourcing for niche, senior-level technical roles, is naturally organised, and comes in each morning clear on what they need to do to achieve their goals.

The business is growing at pace, and this role will sit at the centre of that expansion. As demand increases, we'll be building out a larger, globally distributed delivery function, meaning you will have the opportunity to take a leading role in managing and developing it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and nurturing existing client relationships for a diverse portfolio of global technology businesses
• Managing the full recruitment journey from job briefing to delivery and post-placement care
• Supporting a growing team of 360 consultants in delivery management for both new and existing clients
• Sourcing top-tier candidates through our database, online platforms, and referrals
• Taking part in our global industry events, podcasts, international conferences and thought leadership initiatives

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years' experience in a delivery management role, covering resourcing, client communication, and end-to-end process management.
• Resilient, ambitious, quality-focused and results-driven.
• Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
• A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do
• Experience in global tech recruitment across Europe and/or USA.
