This newly created Vice President of Marketing role will be pivotal in shaping that journey. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will elevate the company's profile, build commercial demand, and lead a talented marketing function through a period of exciting scale.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute a global marketing strategy spanning brand, demand generation, and partnerships
- Define a compelling brand narrative that resonates across professional teams, federations, and media
- Harness data and CRM insights (HubSpot) to develop targeted, measurable campaigns that drive growth
- Lead PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives that position the company as an innovation leader
- Collaborate with partners and customers to amplify success stories across earned and owned media
- Grow, mentor, and inspire a small but high-performing international marketing team
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ in a leadership role, ideally in sports technology, wearables, or performance analytics
- Expertise in brand building, content strategy, and B2B/B2B2C marketing
- Strong track record in demand generation and CRM-led marketing (HubSpot experience ideal)
- Experience operating in high-growth, global environments
- A mix of creative vision, commercial acumen, and leadership presence
