Full Stack Engineers (Java | ReactJS | AngularJS)
Hybrid Working: 1 day per week onsite in Cardiff (non-negotiable)

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 DOE
We're hiring 5 experienced Full Stack Engineers to join major enterprise banking projects focused on delivering secure, scalable, and modern digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative, engineering-led environment.
Tech Stack & Environment
You'll be working across a modern cloud-native stack including:
- Backend: Java 17+, Spring Boot 3+, REST APIs, JPA, Microservices Architecture
- Frontend: ReactJS/AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Messaging & Integration: Kafka/MQ
- Testing: JUnit 4/5, Jest/Karma, BDD/TDD practices
- Tools: Git, GitLab, IntelliJ IDEA, JIRA
- Database: MS SQL Server
- Ways of Working: Agile, automated testing, secure-by-design engineering principles

- Designing and developing scalable enterprise applications
- Building high-quality, maintainable, and secure code
- Collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams
- Contributing to modern engineering practices and code reviews
- Working within Agile delivery teams on complex digital transformation programmes
