Data, AI & Digital Solutions Manager

£80,000-£100,000 base salary | UK Hybrid

Home working combined with travel to a London office and UK client sites.

You must already hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.

This is a priority hire, so candidates available at short notice are particularly attractive.

The opportunity

We're looking for a client-facing technology professional who can turn complex business problems into practical data, AI and digital solutions.

This is broader than a traditional Data Architect role. You could come from solutions architecture, data and AI consulting, cloud transformation, digital products or software engineering.

The important thing is your ability to understand the problem, shape the solution and help move it into delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead client discovery and solution-design workshops

• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions

• Design target-state architectures, roadmaps and delivery approaches

• Shape solutions across data, analytics, cloud, automation and AI

• Assess and prioritise AI and Generative AI use cases

• Produce architecture diagrams, HLDs and technical documentation

• Work with engineering, data, security and business teams

• Support bids, proposals and early-stage solution development

• Present technical solutions to senior client stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Experience designing and delivering technology solutions

• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder-management skills

• Understanding of architecture, integration and delivery life cycles

• Practical exposure to data, analytics, machine learning or Generative AI

• Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into deliverable solutions

• Sufficient technical depth to guide and challenge engineering teams

• Commercial awareness and a focus on measurable business value
