transformation projects for customers.What matters is that you understand Microsoft technology, know how to work in a consulting environment and are ready to build your career in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Microsoft ecosystem.This is an opportunity to take the experience you already have and apply it to Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, intelligent automation and Azure AI.You will receive the training, certifications and project exposure needed to develop into a specialist Microsoft AI Consultant.Why This Role Stands OutThis is not an internal support role or an opportunity to simply experiment with AI tools.You will work directly with customers to identify where AI can improve their organisation, translate business challenges into practical use cases and deliver solutions that create genuine commercial value.You will join an established Microsoft Solutions Partner that is actively investing in its AI capability and building a dedicated practice around Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.For someone coming from Power Platform or Modern Work consulting, this is a clear and supported route into Microsoft AI.What You'll Be DoingYou will work across customer discovery, solution design and hands-on delivery, including:Running customer workshops and discovery sessionsUnderstanding business processes, challenges and opportunitiesIdentifying practical AI and automation use casesDesigning and building Copilot agents and AI-powered solutionsDeveloping intelligent workflows using Power Platform and Copilot StudioIntegrating solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise systems, APIs and data sourcesSupporting customer adoption, training and enablementBuilding demonstrations, proofs of concept and reusable solutionsContributing to the continued growth of the Microsoft AI practiceKeeping up to date with developments across Copilot, Azure AI and the wider Microsoft ecosystemTechnologies You'll Work WithYou will gain hands-on exposure to technologies including:Microsoft Copilot StudioMicrosoft 365 CopilotAzure AI FoundryAzure AI ServicesPower AutomatePower AppsDataverseMicrosoft 365 and Modern Work technologiesAPIs, connectors and enterprise integrationsWho We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in people currently working for a Microsoft partner or consultancy who have experience across Power Platform, Modern Work or Microsoft ConsultantAutomation ConsultantTechnical ConsultantYou do not need to be an AI expert already.However, you should have:Experience delivering Microsoft solutions within a consulting or customer-facing environmentHands-on experience with Power Platform, Modern Work or Microsoft 365The ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into solutionsExperience working directly with customers and stakeholdersConfidence contributing to workshops, discovery sessions or technical discussionsStrong communication and stakeholder-management skillsA genuine interest in AI, Copilot and emerging Microsoft technologiesThe motivation to learn quickly and develop into a Microsoft AI specialistParticularly Relevant ExperienceAny of the following would be beneficial:Power Automate, Power
