helping customers solve complex business and technology challenges.What matters is that you understand the Microsoft ecosystem, can confidently lead customer conversations and have experience designing solutions that connect technology with real business outcomes.This is your opportunity to take that experience into one of the fastest-growing areas of the Microsoft market: Copilot, AI agents, intelligent automation and Azure AI.You will receive the training, certifications and project exposure needed to build deep expertise across Microsoft AI, while taking a leading role in the architecture and delivery of innovative customer solutions.Why This Role Stands OutThis is not an AI research role, and you do not need years of machine-learning or data-science experience.It is a customer-facing architecture and consulting role for someone who understands Microsoft technology, business processes and how to design practical enterprise solutions.You will work directly with organisations to identify where AI can create value, define the right architecture and guide solutions from initial discovery through to deployment, governance and adoption.You will join an established Microsoft Solutions Partner that is investing heavily in its AI capability and building a dedicated practice around Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and agentic solutions.For an experienced Power Platform or Modern Work professional, this offers a clear route into a senior Microsoft AI position.What You'll Be DoingYou will lead customer engagements across discovery, architecture, advisory and delivery, including:Leading discovery workshops with technical and business stakeholdersUnderstanding customer challenges, processes and transformation objectivesIdentifying practical AI, Copilot and automation use casesDesigning secure, scalable Microsoft AI solution architecturesProducing solution designs, implementation plans and technical recommendationsArchitecting Copilot agents and intelligent automation solutionsConnecting Microsoft AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs and data sourcesGuiding delivery teams through build, testing and deploymentAdvising customers on governance, security, compliance and responsible AIHelping organisations develop AI roadmaps and adoption strategiesSupporting the development of business cases and ROI assessmentsDefining operating models for AI and agent-based solutionsDelivering technical demonstrations, presentations and enablement sessionsMentoring consultants and sharing architectural best architecturesExperience producing solution designs, recommendations and implementation plansConfidence engaging senior technical and business stakeholdersAn understanding of governance, security,
