We're hiring a Security Clearance Administrator to join their GovSec team on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role, requiring just 1 day a month in London, paying £35-40/hr (Inside IR35).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the drafting, submission, and renewal of UK SC/DV and NATO security clearances
• Maintain meticulous records for clearance maintenance and aftercare
• Act as the go-to liaison with UK Government departments, vetting authorities, and NATO
• Partner with UK-based sales, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure clearance access is aligned
• Manage UK/NATO security registries and sensitive documentation
• Help develop and roll out standardised EMEA security clearance processes
• Support training and awareness initiatives around clearance requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years' experience managing UK SC/DV and/or NATO clearances
• Strong understanding of UK Government/NATO vetting frameworks
• Solid programme/project coordination background
• Brilliant organisational skills with forensic attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with high-performing teams
• Proficient in Google Suite & MS Office

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience working with MOD, NCSC, or NATO vetting systems
• Experience in multinational or public sector environments
• Familiarity with performance dashboards or security metrics
