Agile Business Analyst - Email Modification / Product-Focused (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (UK-based - occasional on-site)
Duration: 6 months (initial, with extension potential)
Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Day Rate: £400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)

We're seeking an SC Cleared Business Analyst with experience in email or messaging systems to support a key Email Modification Programme within a secure environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical background and a blend of Agile delivery and product management experience, helping shape and deliver technical solutions that enhance secure communications.

• Work with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.

• Partner with product managers and delivery teams to define priorities, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and maintain requirements using Jira and Confluence.

• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

• Translate complex requirements into clear deliverables and support UAT and implementation.

• Active SC Clearance (essential).

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.

• Familiarity with product management practices and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Background in Email or Messaging system transformation
