Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum + Benefits

About the Role:
We're looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work on high-impact projects using modern tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java (backend) and modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, or similar).

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Good understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
