Graduate Developer (Azure)

We are looking for someone who wants to join on a scale up journey, as we build the team and expand the customer and product offering. We are embarking on a very challenging but fun and hugely rewarding journey, and therefore are looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational person join our technical development team. Someone who will help us achieve not only our goals and dreams but align their own to ours and be part of the leadership team to make sure we all exceed them together!

As the Azure Developer you will be a key person in development of a new platform. You will operate as part of a growing team building out the UK development capability.

Reporting into the Technical Lead, you will support the development of the technical roadmap, team and culture of the company. You will support technical conversations with clients and 3rd party providers, working closely with colleagues to manage the ongoing development of the platform and help govern the structure of our architecture as we advance our platform.

We are looking for hands on experience building applications in React and NextJS and an understanding of Azure DevOps is beneficial.

You will have the drive, enthusiasm and personality to operate effectively in this hands on role, constantly looking to achieve great results and bring ideas to the table that will support the growth of the company. If you have previous experience in similar start-up organisations that would be an advantage.

Technical Skills

HTML5 | JavaScript | React | NextJS | Tailwind CSS | C# and .Net | Azure / DevOps | GitHub

Knowledge or use of Ai tools for development is beneficial
