Job Title: Senior QA Engineer
Location: Fully Remote (UK / Europe)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you a detail-oriented QA professional with a passion for automation and quality? We're hiring a Senior QA Engineer to join a UK-based technology company that specialises in solving edge data challenges for organisations of all sizes.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing both exploratory and automated tests to ensure product excellence. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, mentor junior QA engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing practices.

• Review requirements and technical designs to provide timely feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Design and implement automation scripts using open-source tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly.
• Perform regression testing and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and oversee test documentation.
• Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and team productivity.

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation or a related role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright).
• Experience with REST API testing and scripting in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bash.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and tools like Jira and Xray.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, vitalisation, storage, and networking.
