What you’ll be doing:

• Leading discovery workshops and engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Designing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to client goals.
• Collaborating with Sales, PMs, and Delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Overseeing solution testing and UAT to ensure seamless adoption.
• Staying ahead of Microsoft’s latest tech and sharing insights across the team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple industries.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and business needs with clear communication.
• Microsoft Solution Architect certifications (or willingness to pursue).

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of automation tools, AI, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
