We’re growing a Data & AI consulting practice and are hiring across multiple levels for experienced practitioners who want to work on high-impact, real-world data and AI programmes.
This is not a generic delivery factory.
This is a consulting environment where technical credibility, client impact, and progression genuinely matter.
We’re hiring Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Principal Consultants across the following disciplines:
🔹 Core Capability Areas
- Data Engineering – modern data platforms, pipelines, cloud & lakehouse architectures
- Data Science – applied analytics, modelling, experimentation, and insight generation
- Data Visualisation / BI – Power BI, enterprise reporting, storytelling, decision enablement
- AI Engineering – applied AI, ML, GenAI, MLOps, production-grade AI systems
- Data & AI Architecture – solution design, platform strategy, governance, scalability
You don’t need to cover everything — depth in one area and strong consulting mindset is key.
🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on level, you’ll be involved in:
- Delivering data & AI solutions for complex public and private sector clients
- Translating business problems into practical, scalable data and AI outcomes
- Designing and building modern data, analytics, and AI platforms
- Working closely with clients as a trusted consultant, not just a technical resource
- (Senior / Principal) Shaping solutions, leading workstreams, mentoring others, and influencing direction

- Currently SC Cleared, or

💷 Salary Bands (Base)
- Consultant: £40,000 – £60,000
- Senior Consultant: £60,000 – £80,000
- Principal Consultant: £80,000 – £100,000
