We're partnering with a growing consulting business that is expanding its Data & AI practice and looking for a Data Visualisation Offering Lead to shape, build and own their data visualisation capability. This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who can design offerings, lead engagements and bring visual storytelling to the forefront of digital transformation.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the development of the firm's Data Visualisation offering and go-to-market approach.
- Working directly with clients to understand challenges and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Shaping solution design, best practices and delivery standards across data visualisation engagements.
- Bringing modern tools, techniques and methods to help clients tell clearer, faster and more data-driven stories.
- Supporting pre-sales, proposals, bids and client workshops with compelling visual concepts.
- Collaborating with consulting and technical teams to take new service offerings to market.
- Mentoring junior consultants and helping build internal capability.
- Travelling nationally to work onsite with clients when required.
What you'll bring
- Strong experience in data visualisation, dashboards, visual storytelling and insight design.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the confidence to lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Consultancy experience and the ability to shape solutions in ambiguous environments.
- A good understanding of the wider Data & AI landscape and how visualisation fits into end-to-end solutions.
- Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for raising the bar on visual standards.
- SC clearance or the ability to become SC-cleared.
