We’re looking for an experienced SAS Data Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering impactful data solutions within a major public sector programme.

This is an opportunity to work on projects that directly support fraud detection, revenue optimisation, and large-scale system transformation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building robust SAS-based data solutions
• Developing and optimising data pipelines for analytics and reporting
• Supporting fraud detection and advanced data use cases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and security of data platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with SAS 9.x and SAS Viya
• Solid background in data engineering, ETL, and data modelling
• Experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow or similar)
• Understanding of performance optimisation and scalable systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
