We’re partnering with a category-defining AI company transforming how institutional finance operates. Their platform replaces manual, knowledge-heavy workflows with autonomous agents that deliver complete, ready-to-use outputs across investment, risk, and compliance.
With strong product-market fit and growing enterprise demand, they’re now hiring their first Demand Generation Lead to build and scale their pipeline engine from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Build the digital demand engine from zero, with a focus on paid acquisition (LinkedIn, search)
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy. Targeting, messaging, budget allocation, and optimization
- Develop and scale marketing automation in HubSpot. Lead scoring, nurturing, and sales handoff
- Create a more programmatic approach to event marketing and pipeline activation
- Run lean experiments to validate channels and messaging, then double down on performance
- Track and report on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing within B2B SaaS
- Experience targeting niche, high-value audiences. Ideally, senior enterprise buyers or financial services
- Proven ability to build or scale demand programs in early-stage or high-growth environments
- Hands-on, scrappy execution mindset. Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end
- Strong analytical approach, with a focus on pipeline, conversion, and ROI
- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools

- Sold into institutional finance (data, research, workflow platforms)
- Run ABM or precision demand strategies targeting senior stakeholders
- Been a one-person marketing function or founding demand gen hire
