Tech Recruiter
ABC is looking for a driven and ambitious Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to progress quickly within a growing recruitment business.
You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top tech talent across a range of roles while building and managing your own client and candidate network.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality tech candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through to placement
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate screening calls and interviews
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of tech talent
- Work towards individual and team revenue targets
- Develop new business opportunities where possible
Requirements
- Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Interest in the technology sector
