Program Manager (AI Learning & Change)

Location: Central London (5 days per week in office, with some flexibility)

Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (Initial 3-month assignment)

Hourly Pay: £46.31 - £51.46

Hours: 40 hours per week

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-profile initiative focused on developing future-ready skills within a large, fast-paced international organisation.

As businesses increasingly adopt AI-driven technologies, this role will focus on enhancing critical human skills such as advanced communication, business writing, process improvement, and systems thinking. The successful candidate will oversee the design and delivery of learning programs, AI-enabled tools, competency frameworks, and assessment solutions that support long-term organisational capability development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of a strategic learning and capability program.
• Design and develop training materials, assessments, and AI-enabled learning tools.
• Partner with a wide range of stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured project plans.
• Define success metrics and track program outcomes.
• Drive process improvements and support organisational change initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong program or project management experience.
• Experience working with AI tools and creating or implementing AI assistants/agents.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong business writing and content development capability.
• Experience delivering training programs, learning solutions, or competency frameworks.
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Experience supporting change management initiatives within a corporate environment.

Key Skills Required

1. AI proficiency, including creating and enhancing AI agents using widely available tools.
2. Stakeholder communication and business writing.
3. Change management experience, ideally within finance or corporate operations environments.
