A brilliant opportunity to join a global tech giant’s
fast-growing ecommerce shipping and fulfilment solution.

The Role

You’ll lead the long-form content engine for a powerful shipping,
inventory, and order-management platform used by ecommerce
sellers across the UK. This product helps merchants ship faster,
manage stock more accurately, and streamline fulfilment across
multiple channels - your job is to tell that story.

This is a hands-on, editorially driven role where you’ll shape
how thousands of sellers understand the product’s value through
case studies, blog series, guides, and thought-leadership. You’ll
be the voice behind content that helps merchants scale their
businesses.

What You’ll Own

* Editorial leadership - Build and run the long-form content
strategy, from ideation to publication.
* Content calendar management - Create a structured, high-impact
content plan that feeds into the wider marketing ecosystem.
* Cross-functional collaboration - Work with product, sales,
operations, and marketing partners to ensure content is accurate,
timely, and aligned to merchant needs.
* Data-driven storytelling - Spot trends in ecommerce and
shipping, and turn insights into compelling narratives.
* Brand & thought-leadership integration - Ensure your content
supports broader brand and lifecycle initiatives.
Why This Role Is Exciting

* You’ll work inside a high-scale, high-standards tech
environment known for customer obsession and operational
excellence.
* You’ll own a full editorial function, not just contribute to
one.
* You’ll shape content for a product that genuinely transforms
how ecommerce businesses ship and fulfil orders.
* You’ll gain exposure to a global organisation with exceptional
marketing talent and resources.

merchant-friendly narratives.

Top 3 Must-Haves:

· Long-form content mastery – case studies, blogs,
thought-leadership (Advanced)

· Sharp prioritisation – managing multiple complex projects
(Advanced)

· Cross-functional stakeholder management – working across
product & marketing (Intermediate/Advanced)
