What you will be doing:
- Deputise for the Head of Technology as required
- Lead and assure automation and AI initiatives, providing technical oversight and quality assurance
- Act as a senior problem solver, resolving complex operational and automation challenges
- Perform process and automation audits to ensure standards and controls are met
- Support and mentor students, graduates, and junior consultants
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business issues into practical automation solutions
What we are looking for:
- Strong background in process analysis and optimisation
- Hands-on Python coding experience supporting automation, data handling, and integrations
- Experience with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Understanding of automation governance and delivery standards
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
- Trusted advisor with a strong coaching and mentoring mindset
- Quality-focused and audit-aware
