Account Executive
London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

With a modern, innovative solution in high demand, they’re now expanding their London-based sales team — and looking for a proactive, commercially-driven Account Executive to help take their growth to the next level.
The Role - What You'll Be DoingAs an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through to close. Key responsibilities include:
- Selling licenses for a cutting-edge HR Tech platform into enterprise-level clients across the UK
 - Targeting senior HR stakeholders (e.g. CHROs, Heads of L&D, CPOs) with a consultative sales approach
 - Building and managing a territory/sector plan including generating your own pipeline through outbound activities (calls, email, LinkedIn, events)
 - Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes
 - Attending meetings & events to engage clients face-to-face and represent the brand
 - Supporting scalable sales processes as the team grows

What We're Looking ForWe're after sales professionals who are driven, strategic, and eager to make an impact. You’ll need:
- 2+ years’ experience selling HR Tech, HR SaaS, or L&D solutions
 - A strong personal sales record, ideally selling challenger or non-market-leading products
 - Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
 - Track record of selling to HR/People teams — especially L&D Directors, CPOs, or CHROs
 - Strong outbound skills — cold calling, prospecting, and social selling
 - Experience leading enterprise sales cycles with AOVs of £20k-£50k
 - A growth mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and eager to experiment, learn and improve
