The Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic London-based team, owning and growing a portfolio of senior-level client relationships. You’ll act as a trusted partner to global Operations and Supply Chain leaders, ensuring they get maximum value from their membership while driving renewals and uncovering growth opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the engagement strategy for a portfolio of enterprise clients
- Driving member retention, product adoption, and long-term value
- Managing full renewal cycles and identifying upsell opportunities
- Building trusted relationships with C-level executives
- Collaborating with internal teams (product, research, delivery) to customise insights and engagement
- Monitoring member feedback and engagement data to proactively reduce churn
- Acting as the voice of the customer—highlighting feedback and influencing product development
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with relationship-building expertise:
- 3+ years in account management or client success in SaaS, research, or subscription-based sales
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding targets, including six-figure deals with enterprise clients
- Skilled in managing complex negotiations, often with procurement teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills at C-suite level
- A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for solving client challenges
- Entrepreneurial spirit — excited by growth and comfortable in a scale-up environment
- Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving, evolving business
