£45,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £75,000+) + Excellent Benefits Hybrid (2 days in Central London office, 3 days remote)

The Role: Business Development Manager / Senior BDM

As a key member of the Business Intelligence Sales team, you’ll be responsible for driving new business across the UK and EMEA. Your clients will include Investment Banks, Private Equity firms, Corporates, Law Firms, and Consulting & Advisory firms.

This is a full 360° sales role with ownership from prospecting through to close. You’ll be selling high-value subscriptions and data licences to senior decision-makers and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across target markets

  • Sell premium subscriptions and enterprise data licences to senior-level stakeholders

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding

  • Build strong client relationships and develop account expansion opportunities

  • Attend industry events and client meetings (some European travel required)

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

About You

We’re looking for a confident, self-motivated, and results-driven salesperson with a background in B2B subscription sales or business information sales.

You’ll ideally have:

  • 2-3+ years of success in business development or subscription sales (ideally media, BI, or SaaS)

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience selling to financial or professional services clients (e.g. PE, law, advisory, consulting)

  • A track record of closing multi-user license or enterprise-level deals

  • Highly organised, commercially savvy, and resilient

  • Ambitious and passionate about career growth
