They’re scaling fast — and now looking for a talented Enterprise Account Manager to join their high-performing London-based team.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager who loves building deep client relationships and growing revenue across key accounts.

You'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of high-value clients, including investment banks, Big Four firms, tech consultancies, and government teams—working closely with senior decision-makers to expand their usage and value from the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (incl. C-Suite)
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive renewals
  • Lead full sales cycles with new stakeholders across the org
  • Partner with Client Experience Managers for world-class onboarding and training
  • Feed client insights into product development teams
  • Consistently exceed growth and retention targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Enterprise Account Management / B2B SaaS / FinTech
  • Proven success managing large-value accounts and complex sales cycles
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Track record of exceeding revenue/growth targets
  • Experience in subscription sales, financial data, or tech platforms
  • Intelligent, emotionally aware, and driven by delivering value
