With strong market traction, continued investment, and ambitious growth plans, the company is expanding its UK go-to-market team and looking for an SDR Manager to lead and develop the sales development function.

The Role

As SDR Manager, you will lead and scale the SDR team, driving outbound prospecting activity and ensuring strong pipeline contribution to the sales organisation.

You’ll play a key role in coaching SDRs, refining outbound strategies, and building a high-performing prospecting engine that supports continued revenue growth.

This role would suit a hands-on sales leader with SaaS experience who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys developing talent while delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Drive outbound prospecting strategy to generate qualified pipeline
  • Coach SDRs on cold calling, email outreach, objection handling, and sales frameworks
  • Run regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Analyse ICP profiles, market segments, and targeting strategies
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and activity tracking (HubSpot / Salesforce)
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs as the team continues to scale
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets

About You

  • 3+ years experience in Sales Development or B2B SaaS outbound sales
  • At least 1 year managing or leading an SDR / BDR team
  • Previously worked as an SDR / BDR before progressing into leadership
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate SDR teams
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and prospecting frameworks
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics
  • Highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment
  • Positive, proactive leadership style with a passion for developing people
