Following continued profitability and rapid market growth, they are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead new business opportunities across the UK
The RoleAs Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team focused on winning new business across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close (deal sizes ranging from £30k pilots to £1m+ enterprise solutions)
- Engage senior stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, CEOs, Heads of Procurement) across both public and private sectors
- Work closely with Product Specialists and Consultants to tailor complex solutions to client needs
- Attend key client meetings and industry events (including some international travel)
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Apply best practices in lead capture, qualification, bid management, and opportunity assessment
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 3+ years’ B2B sales experience, ideally within software, consulting, or solution sales
- A track record of closing high-value / enterprise deals
- A measured, strategic approach suited to long sales cycles
- Confidence presenting to and influencing C-level executives
- Experience working with blue-chip or enterprise-level clients
- Strong commercial acumen, networking, and relationship management skills
- A collaborative mindset, able to partner with internal teams to deliver client success
