Onboarding Specialist

The Opportunity:
Lead customer implementations form post sale through to go-live, managing delivery against defined goals, while orchestrating data, integrations, and system configuration.
Key to the role is enabling customers to activate the solution within their procurement tech setup, connecting systems, aligning data, and embedding AI-driven capabilities automate workflows and enhance operations.
Work close to customers, and key senior stakeholders, to drive time-to-value, adoption, and long-term impact in this AI backed solution.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in project management, customer onboarding, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and delivering projects on time and to plan.
- Experience with change management and driving customer adoption of new technologies.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms, or similar tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
- High-energy, resilient, and energetic thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
- Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities of growth within the onboarding process.
- Experience within procurement/supply chain or working with procurement/supply chain teams/departments.
The Package:
- Base salary up to £55k.
- UK remote working with a real focus on separating work time and personal time!
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
