Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Development Executives! Motivate, drive performance, and optimise quality.
- Work alongside the Client Relationship team to ensure all client needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Maintain a balance between activity volume and quality to retain commercial value in the sales pipeline.
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competition, and developments across products and the industry.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a B2B outbound sales environment.
- Experience leading a team of Sales Executives or similarly target-driven team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership qualities – the ability to inspire and lead from the front!
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A desire to learn and grow within the sales field.

- A base salary of up to £35k plus bonus (£10k). Earn commission on renewals!
