Customer Success Manager

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, you’ll manage a book of circa 120 accounts. Adopting a mixed-touch Customer Success approach. You will be the main point of contact for customers post-sale, helping them maximize the value of our platform and achieve their key objectives.

You’ll be keen to engage, jump on calls, video chats etc with your core focus to drive adoption, usage and retention. You’ll have a secondary eye on how to grow commercial account value, but all in all, driving successful customer outcomes!

High-level on you:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Experience of monthly/ yearly account growth. Commercially aware.
  • A background of working within a scale-up SaaS organisation.
  • Data savvy with the ability to story tell with facts.
  • Intelligent self-starter with a background of working within Service Management software.

The Package:

  • £38,000 base salary plus commission (15%)
  • Fully remote working available with multiple offices across the South
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
