Onboarding Specialist

The Opportunity:

The perfect opportunity for an ex-clinical operatot to move into the forward thinking world of tech!

Be the product usage specialist, the training specialist and the onboarding specialist all mixed into one!

You are the expert the client needs that has first hand experience of how to optimise the usage of the platform they are paying for!

Working closely with the Customer Success manager, you’ll spend time understanding the clients business operation, where there are gaps in their process and how they can implement the range of solutions into the day-to-day operation.

You will directly impact the value the client see’s and the success of the relationship!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success, Training or Onboarding role.
  • Previous experience with a multi-product solution where not every client may be using all, or the same products in the platform offering.
  • Experience working within a smaller, scaling SaaS business.
  • A self-motivated person that can work autonomously but also likes contributing to group ideas and solutions.
  • Someone that is keen to share ideas that could drive improvements and create new ways of thinking.
  • Prior experience working in the clinical-dentistry space.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £45k.
  • 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in a fantastic, central London office (Dogs allowed and drinks readily available!)
