Head of Sales

My client is looking for a high-impact sales leader to own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for an FCA registered E-Money/PI company.

You will be responsible for driving revenue across the UK and European markets, leading a high-performing team, and deepening our footprint within the complex B2B payments landscape.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the GTM Strategy: Define and execute the business unit’s GTM plan, aligning with enterprise strategy to hit annual revenue targets.
  • Drive Pipeline & Growth: Develop a robust sales pipeline through new business acquisition and strategic cross-selling to existing key accounts.
  • Lead & Scale: Mentor and drive a high-performing sales team and cross-functional support crew to ensure efficient deal closures.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions, identify market requirements, and influence pricing constructs.
  • Regional Expansion: Navigate and grow our presence across the UK and Europe, representing the brand at key industry events.

What You’ll Bring

  • Industry Expertise: A deep background in Prepaid or Payments, specifically within complex B2B environments.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with ePayables, ERP integrations, and embedded payment solutions.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of surpassing sales targets and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Leadership: Experience recruiting and motivating winning teams within a global matrix environment.
  • Network: An established network in Retail, Financial Services, or Federal Government is highly desirable.
