Client Support Analyst required to join a growing creative, digital agency in Bath that values service, relationships, and continuous improvement. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, helping them get the most out of their websites and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish.This could be a part-time position (remote or hybrid) covering mornings or afternoon daily or a full-time role with additional project management duties.
What you'll be doing As a Client Support Analyst you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day website queries and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. You’ll build strong relationships, understand their goals, and proactively support them to get the best outcomes. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, coordinate updates, and ensure smooth delivery of services. You’ll also contribute to improving processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Expect to manage multiple accounts, track performance, and report on client satisfaction. You’ll be trusted to take ownership, solve problems, and represent the business with professionalism and warmth.
What experience you'll need to apply - Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally in a digital/creative agency in an account management or technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An understanding of Web CMS such as Craft, WordPress, Drupal is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
