We’re looking for a full-stack developer with React, Typescript skills to join one of the region’s most exciting Climate Tech companies.  They’ve built a platform which helps to drive the transition away from fossil fuel heating in people’s homes and are now looking to add to their team.  They’re helping to seriously reduce carbon emissions whilst also helping to reduce homeowner energy bills.  Now is a great time to join their 10 strong development team as they look to double in size in 2026.*2 days per week at their office in central Bristol.What skills you’ll be needing

• React and Typescript.
• Relational database design and SQL.
• REST APIs.
• Any of the following would be very desirable: Postgres, Node, Tailwind, Docker.
• Strong product focus, understanding problems and talking to customers directly.
• Strong team player, collaborative and impact-driven.

What you’ll be doing Working in a fast-growing development team, you will be able to work across the entire stack on their core product.  They have a variety of applications, integrations with hardware and monitoring systems, data collection and processing apps etc so there’s a great opportunity to add value on a wide range of projects.  You’ll be working alongside highly motivated developers and will be able to learn, collaborate and enhance your skills whilst experimenting and learning new technologies.  You will have a real input on technical direction, shaping system architecture and delivering complex features from end-to-end with real ownership.  They’ll look for you to be able to speak to customers, use exceptional problem solving abilities and uphold a high quality standard of coding.  This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills to help the planet!What you’ll get in return for your talents They’re looking at a range of experience (£50K-80K) and will offer equity/options to help you feel really embedded into the success of the company.  There’s 25 days holiday (plus bank hols) and the opportunity to work from abroad for 30 days each year.  In addition there’s a childcare savings scheme, pension, expensed travel to team meetups and more.  This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career as they grow, learning from people who have built Net-Zero products previously.  If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact and see your work helping the environment then this is one for you!What’s next Like the sound of this one?  Send in your CV now for immediate consideration.
