Full-Stack Developers (x2) needed to join a fast-growing digital agency in Central Bristol. After a really successful 2025 and continued client growth, they’re looking to expand their 5 strong development team to keep up with demand.*4 days in their office per week.
What skills you’ll be needing - React, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- PostgreSQL databases, e.g. Supabase.
- Version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What you’ll be doing You will be part of a team delivering high-quality, scalable and user-friendly solutions. Core responsibilities will cover the development and maintenance of core products delivering efficient and secure code, improving code quality and adapting to different tech stacks. You will help maintain complex code bases across client and internal products, learn new tech stacks, improve code quality and raise high-quality pull requests that are structured, tested and documented. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your knowledge, learn from others and grow as an engineer in a collaborative team environment. You will be involved in planning sessions, standups and retrospectives as well as writing tests for your code and verifying functionality before submitting for review.
