Growth Marketing Manager

  • As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of the bottom of the funnel - tracking, nurturing and prioritising leads from first touch to Sales hand-off. You’ll manage Salesforce and HubSpot journeys, lead scoring, and segmentation, ensuring prospects flow through the funnel efficiently and predictably.
  • You’ll build, refine, and optimise nurture campaigns, analyse funnel performance, and collaborate with Sales on lead quality, intent signals and follow up strategies.
  • You’ll work with a brilliant Campaign Manager who covers much of the paid media execution, but you’ll still influence channel performance, CRO, landing page experiments and attribution. You’ll use GA4 dashboards, conversion data, and attribution insights to guide decisions and identify opportunities to optimise pipeline generation.
  • Events will also sit with you - planning, managing and ensuring follow up journeys convert. You’ll balance UK focus with international growth (particularly France/EU), ensuring leads across markets get the right journeys and the right follow up at the right time.
  • This is a highly commercial role where energy, proactivity, and communication matter just as much as technical skill. You’ll be part of a friendly, down to earth team where hierarchy is light, egos are absent, and good ideas are always heard.
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or similar.
  • Bottom of funnel expertise, including CRM, Salesforce (ideally) and HubSpot (or a similar ESP).
  • Experience generating, nurturing and prioritising leads.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using GA4 dashboards.
  • Ability to manage full funnel journeys and lead scoring models.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and supporting SDR workflows.
  • Event management experience.
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive, upbeat approach.
  • Ability to work on site 2 days per week (Tues & Wed essential).
