Marketing Manager
QRoutes is a market leading software company providing local government with applications to administer, plan and manage home-to-school transport. The company aims to save local authorities money whilst ensuring a high quality of service for students. Excitingly QRoutes is now starting to provide its products and services overseas.QRoutes are now looking for a Marketing Manager to help them maintain their high rate of growth in the UK, and now overseas. The successful candidate will be ambitious, adaptable, insightful, goal-orientated, have great attention to detail, and excited about joining their journey. The role overview The Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. The role involves:
- Strategic, creative, and practical responsibilities. You’ll help evolve the marketing plan to ensure activities are predictable and measurable, while also developing fresh materials in collaboration with the team and subcontractors. A key focus will be creating and publishing content that highlights the company’s value proposition across digital channels. Alongside this, you’ll manage email lists, coordinate events, maintain marketing materials, and oversee the company’s presence at industry events, sometimes attending in person.
- Work with our Customer Success team to support a strong sense of community among our customers through regular, thoughtful comms.
- Work with our Sales team to attract new custom by building brand recognition and relationships with potential customers.
- You’ll work closely with the Business Development team to help establish and grow our presence in new markets. This will include boosting brand recognition on platforms like G2, conducting research into competitors and potential partners, and identifying as well as evaluating routes into fresh opportunities.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B or SaaS business.
- A proven track record of delivering growth through marketing activities.
- Strong end-to-end campaign management experience.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (highly beneficial).
