- 12 month fixed-term contract.
- 0.8 FTE (28 hours per week, working pattern negotiable).
- Hybrid working: at least 2 days in the office, Tottenham Court Road.
- Your current job title isn’t important, it’s about being able to delivery the best work and owning your responsibilities. As guide, you may have worked as a Digital Communications Manager, Digital Communications Executive, Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive or a have held a more senior role.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement effective digital communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Website and Platform Management: Proficiency in managing websites using Drupal 10 (or earlier versions of Drupal) and monitoring performance with tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Website Migration: Experience leading a web migration project, would be a highly beneficial but isn’t essential.
- Content and Channel Expertise: Experience managing and editing web content, LinkedIn newsletters, and social media platforms, with a strong understanding of digital tone and audience engagement.
- Creative and Visual Communication: Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) to create compelling digital assets and multimedia content.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytics and adjust tactics to optimise performance.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities across digital platforms, with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills with experience engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and digital compliance best practices.
- Market Insight: Experience conducting digital marketing research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and content development.
- Team Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of digital content and communications.
- Basic salary: Up to £48k pro rata
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays + 6 additional days leave over Christmas and Easter.
