Product Manager

We’re working with a purpose-led consultancy to recruit a Product Manager on a 12 month FTC. You’ll lead a mix of internal and client-facing products including insight platforms for charities and bespoke digital tools for big-name brands. Perfect for someone who enjoys balancing strategy and delivery in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll be doing You’ll lead across a blend of internal product innovation and external client work, with your time split roughly 50/50. Internally, you’ll drive strategy for a data insight platform, prioritising feature development based on both client input and long-term goals. Externally, you’ll support discovery, prioritisation and delivery on digital products such as portals and event tools for major commercial clients.Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll shape product direction, keep roadmaps on track and ensure the backlog reflects the most valuable work. You’ll also work with leadership on OKRs, strategic workstreams and innovation projects including AI and automation.What experience you’ll need to apply• Strong experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager or Product Manager ideally in an agency, consultancy or software environment• Ability to manage multiple backlogs and own product roadmaps• Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments• Experience working directly with clients and advising on product direction• Skilled in discovery workshops, goal framing and stakeholder facilitation• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences• Strategic mindset with high empathy and the ability to bring calm, clarity and support to busy teams• Solid understanding of product thinking in multi-stakeholder projects What you’ll get in return for your experience You’ll join a supportive, purpose-led business with a collaborative culture.
