Senior Insight Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Insight Analyst to join a forward-thinking Insight team. This is your chance to own projects, create actionable insights, and influence key decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to improve client experience and drive commercial performance. If you love turning data into stories that make an impact, this role is for you.What you’ll be doing As a Senior Client Insight Analyst, you’ll deep-dive into client data to uncover trends and opportunities. You’ll build dashboards, deliver reports, and provide recommendations that shape strategy.One day you might be supporting a product launch, the next you’re analysing behaviour ahead of a major market event, every day is different!You’ll collaborate with Client and Product teams, translating insight into action. On top of this, you’ll be hands on with SQL being your main tool, Python, PowerBI and working with cloud platforms like Snowflake so it’s more than your usual insight role.What experience you’ll need to apply

• Strong SQL skills (confident coding in SQL)
• Proven background in using insight to tell a story, data analysis and presenting insights, working at a senior level
• Experience with Python or R
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
• Knowledge of financial services or commercial analytics is desirable
