Senior Product Designer

We are supporting an ambitious fintech with their search for a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive, user-focused experiences that simplify complex financial journeys. You’ll own the design process from concept to delivery, working closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to influence design culture in a growing tech team and make a genuine difference to people’s lives.What you’ll be doing As Senior UX Designer, you’ll take ownership of the full design lifecycle. You’ll gather requirements, explore ideas, and turn concepts into clear, accessible interfaces. You’ll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.Collaboration is key – you’ll work with another product designer, engineers, and a product manager to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. You’ll also contribute to the internal design library and help maintain consistency across products. Expect to present your work to stakeholders and play a role in shaping design standards within the team.You’ll be working across a range of products for an organisation that prides itself on creating meaningful user experiences. Within a 13-person tech team, you’ll be shaping products that enable people to achieve financial independence.What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Extensive experience in User Experience Designer or Product Designer roles.
  • Comfortable leading end-to-end design delivery.
  • Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building/maintaining design systems.
  • Understanding of user research and user testing.
  • (Desirable) Experience in FinTech or financial services.
This is a UK-based role. Candidates must have full right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
