Senior Product Manager

We’re partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Senior Digital Product Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will take ownership of the newly implemented CMS and digital estate, delivering enhancements that support the organisation’s goals and member experience. You’ll manage a small digital team, liaise with key stakeholders, and collaborate closely with external partners to evolve digital products and services.What you’ll be doing You will lead the ongoing development and improvement of the organisation’s digital platforms, focusing on the CMS and website user journeys. Working strategically and operationally, you’ll prioritise product features and enhancements based on user insights and organisational priorities. Managing external agencies and internal teams, you’ll ensure digital delivery aligns with business goals and best practices. You’ll also support and mentor your team to embed a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Digital Product Manager/ Product Manager (managing website products).
  • Background in digital product management within not-for-profit, cultural, membership, or mission-led organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (ideally WordPress) and digital product lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external suppliers or agencies.
  • Skilled in using data, user research, and analytics to drive product decisions.
  • Comfortable managing budgets and project scopes with clear reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
What you’ll get in return for your experience You will receive a salary in the range of £55,000 to £60,000. The role offers hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office per week).
