What You Will Be Doing

As our ICT Helpdesk Analyst, you will be the friendly face of IT for our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Full-Stack Helpdesk Support: Dive into a varied workload where you will troubleshoot and resolve a complete spectrum of IT issues from setting up hardware and mobile devices to diagnosing network and software challenges.

• Order System Support: Play a vital role in our daily operations by monitoring and supporting the systems that ingest our customer orders, ensuring our products get where they need to go without a hitch.

• On-Call Rotation: Gain critical real-world experience in business continuity by participating in our shared on-call rotation, providing essential support to keep our 24/7 manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Who We Are Looking For

• A recent graduate with an IT-related degree (or equivalent Level 2+ IT qualification).

• A "can-do" attitude with a massive appetite for learning new technologies (especially ERP and SCADA).

• Excellent communication skills you enjoy helping people and can explain technical solutions in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.
