PPC & SEO Specialist

As the title suggests, we’re looking for a real specialist within PPC and Sep – someone who loves the analytics side of things and making and implementing recommendations based on the data! Working with a global business, their team is growing, and it is a brilliant opportunity to work with an organisation with a high staff retention rate as they really look to improve their digital footprint.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving website visibility in search results and maximising ROI through both paid advertising campaigns and organic SEO. Working within the global digital services team, you’ll liaise with all regions to ensure strong website performance, and you’ll handle to day to day running of all global paid advertising and SEO optimisations. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting budget increases, analysing results as well as testing new strategies.

For PPC, it will be your responsibility to manage the overarching Google AdWords MCC account, allocating budgets and assets and creating campaigns, and you’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for all things related to paid ads, You’ll analyse the website performance across multiple platforms and will communicate the performance, impact and strategy to the regional teams, and you’ll also conduct A/B testing to drive traffic and conversions. Aside from Google Ads, you’ll work across Facebook Business and Linkedin Campaign Manager, which are areas of development for the team.

On the SEO side of things, you’ll develop content strategies which drive organic growth and advise on SEO best practises.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff for this role. Someone who is self-sufficient who can hit the ground running and use their initiative to drive the role forward. Ideally, you’ll have around 4 years’ experience in both PPC , and its essential you have a high level of proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush and Search Console, and it would be really useful to have LinkedIn, Facebook Ads or Programmatic advertising experience. You’ll need at least two years of SEO optimisation and strategy experience as well.

You’ll need to be a strong communicator, with a data-driven mindset and the ability to prioritise your workload and you’ll have a real passion for creating A/B tests!

What’s on Offer?

This is a team which is growing, and whilst the role may initially be slightly skewed towards SEO, in the long run it is the PPC element which will be the major element of the role (though you’ll always have involvement with SEO). Our client has a really high staff retention rate and is a genuinely nice environment to work in. It’s office based for 3 days per week, and you can work your day flexibly to suit you starting earlier or finishing later if that fits in well with your lifestyle.

Salary for the role will be around £ 10% bonus and there’s a health cash plan and private medical, 25 days holiday which increases with service, as well as your birthday off, enhanced pension, maternity and paternity benefits and employee discounts.
