Product Marketing Manager

The RoleAs Product Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and storytelling for one of the company’s flagship brands. You’ll define how their cutting-edge technology reaches the market and ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing launch strategies for new features, integrations, and AI-driven updates
- Partnering with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to build unified launch plans that drive adoption
- Conducting competitive analysis and customer research within the fast-moving world of ecommerce and AI
- Translating insights into smart, impactful product marketing campaigns
- Creating high-quality content including sales decks, one-pagers, demos, feature explainers, and more
- Developing customer stories and educational materials that build trust and showcase value
- Working with the Growth team to explore and experiment with AI-led campaign testing, personalisation, and segmentation
- Tracking and measuring campaign performance to inform future strategy
This is a hands-on role where you’ll directly influence product success and commercial impact.
About You:We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in product marketing
- Has worked in SaaS, ecommerce, or specifically the Shopify ecosystem
- Understands how AI is transforming marketing and customer experience
- Has proven experience launching products to market and running ongoing engagement campaigns
- Is eager to learn, develop, and grow — you don’t need to be the “finished article,” just ambitious and motivated
The position will start as a standalone role, with the plan to bring in junior support around Q2 2026, giving you the opportunity to step into people leadership as the team scales.
