Senior SEO Executive

SEO wizards are rare. Like unicorns. Or people who enjoy pineapple on pizza. That’s why when we say we’re after a Senior SEO Executive, we’re not just filling a chair. We’re on the hunt for someone who lives, breathes, and dreams search, and wants to do it in an agency that’s got the balance, damn right.

Forget ticking “years of experience” boxes. If you know your stuff and a bit obsessed with SEO, do read on.

The vibe

They’ve figured out the balance that most agencies are still chasing. Employees have a big shout about how it’s run, so you’re not just a number, you’re literally part of the future. Hybrid working isn’t a buzzword - it’s baked in. Mondays and Fridays at home, midweek in their buzzing Manchester hub, plus the flexibility to make work actually fit around life.

And then there’s the culture: Extended Christmas shutdown (because nobody should be crawling through backlinks on Boxing Day). Healthcare, enhanced maternity/paternity, referral bonuses and more holidays than most of your mates. The sort of place that recognises your innate abilities, has learned how to harness them, and doesn’t interfere with what you can do.

They’ve built a culture that balances ambition with humanity.

The role

The role itself is all about making clients shine online. You’ll be running in-depth technical audits, shaping backlink and outreach strategies, and spotting opportunities competitors miss. From improving site speed to crafting campaigns that deliver real ROI, your fingerprints will be on work that matters.

You’ll collaborate with a brilliant mix of creatives, developers, and digital specialists, bringing your SEO expertise into the heart of projects and pitches. Without question, you’ll be the SEO voice in client pitches and internal projects.

We’re looking for

We’re not hung up on how many years you’ve got under your belt. What matters is your skills, know-how, and the ability to make search results sing. If you’re someone who thrives on the technical, the creative, and the strategic sides of SEO, this could be your moment.

It will most likely suit someone who is immersed in the world of SEO and digital marketing, always on top of the latest trends and updates, and able to turn that insight into action. Strong communication is key as you’ll often be explaining the intricacies of SEO to people outside the technical bubble.

They value smart thinking that leads to real outcomes, in an ego-free zone, so collaboration is everything. Whether you’ve got two years’ experience or ten, if you know your stuff and can deliver, we want to hear from you.

What’s on offer

In return, you’ll get a salary of between £40 - £45,000, hybrid working that respects your life, and 25 days’ holiday plus public holidays, with an extended Christmas break thrown in. There’s proper healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and even free parking in the centre of Manchester.

Beyond the benefits, you’ll be joining an agency with iconic clients, a genuine commitment to personal development, and a culture that’s both ambitious and supportive.
