I’m hiring for a SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Practice Lead at AG, where you’ll be responsible for shaping and scaling our Digital Supply Chain capability across the UK and Europe.

A bit about us. We’re a SAP Gold Partner, FT1000 fastest growing company, ISO-certified across quality, security and sustainability, with delivery capability across Europe, India and the Gulf. We’ve built a strong foundation, but this role is about what comes next.

This isn’t about maintaining a practice. It’s about building one.

You’ll define the roadmap for Digital Supply Chain aligned to S/4HANA and a cloud-first strategy, with real ownership of revenue and contribution to the UK P&L. You’ll lead end-to-end transformations across greenfield, brownfield and selective programmes, covering the full supply chain landscape across MM, PP, EWM, SD, IBP, Ariba and beyond.

You’ll also play a key role in pre-sales, leading RFPs, shaping solutions and acting as a senior voice with clients and partners, including SAP. This is a role where commercial thinking matters just as much as delivery.

On top of that, you’ll build and lead a high-performing onshore and offshore team, develop accelerators and reusable assets, and drive innovation across areas like IBP, aATP, BTP and AI-enabled supply chain.

What I’m looking for is someone with strong S/4HANA transformation experience, who has operated across the full lifecycle, not just phases. You’ll have depth across core supply chain modules and exposure to IBP, Ariba, EWM, aATP and BTP. You’ll be comfortable in pre-sales conversations and have a track record of contributing to revenue, not just delivery.

You’ve led teams before, but more importantly, you’ve built trust and credibility with both clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in industries like Energy, Utilities or Manufacturing is helpful, but not essential.

This role suits someone who wants to step up, shape direction, and have real influence over how a practice grows.
