Junior Product Owner
Location: Enfield (with occasional travel to Watford and Barnet)
Salary: £35-000 - £45,000 performance-based bonus

The RoleThis is a high-responsibility graduate-level role reporting directly to the CEO. As part of the Founders’ Associate Track, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to product management, operations, and leadership within a scaling business.
You’ll play a key role in driving product development, coordinating with offshore developers, gathering user insights, and ensuring platforms continue to meet the needs of a rapidly growing operation. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership from day one and work at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage feature development across core business platforms.
- Align product priorities with the CEO and leadership team.
- Coordinate with development teams to deliver clear requirements on time.
- Gather and analyse user feedback across multiple sites.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements to usability, performance, and adoption.
- Ensure digital systems scale in line with business growth.
- Degree in STEM or Economics from a top UK university (1st or strong 2:1).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Genuine interest in product, digital systems, and user experience.
- Awareness of modern frameworks (e.g. Flutter, Node.js) and enthusiasm for AI tools.
- Willingness to travel between sites and engage directly with users and stakeholders.
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership and exposure to high-level decisions.
