AI Connect are partnering with an international organisation to help them hire an Enterprise Data Architect. You’ll play a key role in shaping a new international data ecosystem as multiple businesses align under a shared group-wide data strategy.
This role will focus on creating the enterprise-wide data architecture that sits across the organisation ensuring data flows, structures, and definitions are aligned to enable reporting, analytics, and insight across all business areas. The goal is to create a strong data foundation that supports better, data-led decision making across the group.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain the enterprise-wide conceptual and logical data architecture, ensuring consistency across systems, domains, and international markets.
- Design and improve data flows, integrations, and data models that support operational, analytical, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with enterprise architects, technology teams, and business stakeholders to embed strong data architecture principles into transformation initiatives.
- Help create a connected data ecosystem where trusted, high-quality data is accessible across the organisation rather than reliant on a single central function.
- Drive standardisation, reuse, and alignment of data definitions and structures across markets and business areas.
- Support governance, privacy, quality, and compliance initiatives by ensuring data architecture aligns with organisational standards and frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
- Strategic and conceptual thinker with a collaborative, adaptable, and pragmatic approach.
