The role
A hands-on operating role inside a high-intensity early-stage environment.
You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to build the operating cadence, structure, and commercial execution needed to scale the company from pre-revenue to globally significant. You'll translate vision into execution across product, go-to-market, hiring, partnerships, operations, and strategic initiatives.
Shaping company strategy in the morning. Unblocking engineering before lunch. Reviewing commercial opportunities in the afternoon. Hiring key talent by the evening.
This role is for someone who enjoys building at pace and operating close to the centre of the business.
Responsibilities
Operating cadence & systems
- Build and manage the operating rhythm of the business.
- Introduce lightweight systems that improve clarity, accountability, and execution.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, GTM, and leadership.
Cross-functional execution
- Work across product, GTM, hiring, partnerships, and operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive resolution.
- Support execution across strategic company priorities.
Commercial & strategic
- Support enterprise opportunities, partnerships, and strategic relationships.
- Assist with fundraising preparation, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Help shape company priorities and growth strategy.
Culture & leadership
- Help build a high-ownership, high-performance culture.
- Set the standard for urgency, accountability, and execution.
- Operate as a trusted leadership partner to the Founder & CEO.
Requirements
- Proven start-up operator who loves building.
- Able to conceptualise at a high level while executing to an exceptional standard.
- Systems thinker who executes on the details.
- Thrives in ambiguity.
- Strong commercial instincts.
- AI-native. Genuinely obsessed with autonomy, agents, and the future of work.
Nice to have
SaaS, AI, or high-growth startup experience. Exposure to fundraising, partnerships, product-led growth, or operational scaling.
